Todays Inspiration: Clémence Poésy

Parisian white and black. Just the way I like it.

NYE 2009

I´ve just come home from our cabin in the mountains; got loads of exercise, make-up free and relaxed in front of the fire. Now it´s back to reality, and tomorrow I´m off to London, singing the New Year in with my friends (and meeting up with Lena!)

I haven´t decided what to wear yet, at this stage it´s between my blue sequined dress from Topshop, my customized red silk dress, or my black vintage (I will let you know what I decide!). The plans for NYE are yet undecided, we have several options; a dinner and house party in the country, several club parties in London or staying in with dinner & champagne.

Anyways, have a lovely New Years Eve and an even better 2009!

* This is me on NYE last year, wearing the customized red silk dress, vintage diamonds & BCGB MaxMazria silver stilettos.

Love & Kisses,

Longing For Summer

Stockholm is dark and cold today. I'm spending the afternoon working on my portfolio in the hotel lobby of Scandic Anglais in central Stockholm. The only thing I wish for is to slip into a mini dress like the one pictured above, and sip some wine at my favorite summer club F12.

A Golden Beginning

Good afternoon dear readers! I've spent Christmas in Dubai with my family and friends, and just arrived to Stockholm for some days of vacation before I hit back to London to celebrate New Years with Anneli.
I'm planning on wearing the Versace dress above, that I found some seasons ago. Tonight I'm meeting up Camilla for some catching up. I can't wait to hear the latest Stockholm news.
Love,
Lena

Christmas Day Out

Yesterday, Viktor and I met up my best friends Isabel, Sofia and Josefine (picture 1) for some dinner and wine, then we shared a bottle of champagne and went out. We started at East and ended up at V (picture 2), as usual.
Last time I was there the Princess and Prince of Sweden partied next to us, yesterday soccer star Zlatan Ibrahimovic was the main talk of the place. I have to admit he was really handsome.
I was wearing a dress and shoes from Topshop (picture 3). Tonight I'm going out with my mother! Tell you all about it tomorrow.

Traditional Norwegian Fashion

Just came home from a long walk with my friends, so cold! I had my big wool boots on & Adidas for Stella McCartney jacket, the others were dressed in colorful trainers and jeans. I love the mix of styles and colours - old-time classics vs. urban fashion.

1. Line is wearing the traditional "anorak", paired with tights and Nike trainers.
2. Magnus is wearing the classic Canada Goose jacket, Vans trainers and his new Mulberry bag (so nice!)
3. Anniken is wearing a wool cape from Zara and checked shoes from Nike.

DAILY DETAIL: Home for Christmas 1#

1. My bestfriend, Maren, and I - went for a walk today, with matching oversized hats from H&M (new collection)
2. Maren´s new jeans skirt from Monkey -♥ it!!
3. My favorite gold bracelet from Blanco

INSPIRATION: Carine Roitfeld & Julia Restoin-Roitfeld

I just came over this vintage picture of Vogue Paris Editor-in-Chief, Carine RoitfeldAlthough, most of us are more used to see her in immaculate tailoring and with her signature, straight locks (I barely recognized her in this pic!)) - she looks the picture of beauty, in this pic from the 70´s.

Carines daughter, Julia, is the spitting image of her mother. Along with their striking green eyes and golden tan, they are true french fashion "royalty" - and Julia, with her healthy curves and natural looks - has lead the path, to become both an inspiration & muse amongst the future generation of fashion icons.

Happy X-mas!

I'm finally home after long, long day. Ten hours work at Åhléns beauty department, then champagne and some christmas gifts. I got the most amazing gift; a perfect Mulberry wallet from somebody I love. It's so classic, I will probably have it for the rest of my life.

Today the sweet girls Michalea Forni and Sophie Rosensvärd both put me on Fashion Paparazzi (Best dressed of the week) at stureplan.se. They, just like I, adored the red suede jacket. Thank you for the compliment, and yes Forni-off course you can borrow the jacket!

Now I'm on holiday for a week, so finally I will have time to show you some outfits and tell you about the parties (I have to keep up with Anneli and Lena!)

Happy X-mas!

Camilla

Yes Please, Santa #4

Well, I guess this will be my last gift wish before Christmas. Let me see - so far, I have wished for the red/pink studded platforms by Alexander McQueen, the Oversized Gold Chronograph Watch from Michael Kors & the black studded clutch from Sonia by Sonia Rykiel.

I have saved the best to last. More than anything, I wish for The Tom Ford Book.

"It is a complete catalogue of his design work for both Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent. It chronicles not only Ford’s clothing and accessories designs for both houses, but also explores Ford’s grand vision for the complete design of a brand, including architecture, store design and advertisingTom Ford features more than 200 photographs by Richard Avedon, Mario Testino, Steven Meisel, Helmut Newton, Herb Ritts, Terry Richardson, Craig McDean, Todd Eberle, and numerous other photographers including many previously unpublished images. It is Ford’s testament to a career of singular moments reinventing the boundaries of style and sensuality."

What more to wish for, than a total tribute to the most powerful man in current fashion history?

YES, PLEASE!

Helle ♡

As traditions goes, I went out for some pre-christmas celebration yesterday. The first stop of the evening, went to Forest & Brown. There I met up with my good friend, Helle, who is currently situated in NYC (so jealous!!). As (other) traditions goes, we shared a bottle of wine, and caught up on old times. Later, we continued to the club, Barbeint, and sustained the evening with cheesy dance music and santa hats!

♥ Helle´s style - especially her accessories (you can always count on finding the nicest vintage bag on her arm - be it Chanel, Moschino or Dior).
I´m wearing my favorite cream, chiffon blouse from Zara, leggings from American Apparel, and knee high black suede boots, from Gallery (vintage).

Christmas Shopping

What a day! Just came in the door, from a full-packed day; a trip to the hairdressers (much needed!), the interview with Campus Magazine and then Christmas shopping at a far-to-big shopping center (my idea of hell). Anyway, there was one shop which savored my Christmas gift crisis; L´OCCITANE en Provence

Not only does the french based brand, have to-die-for smells, ingredients and packaging, it so happens, to make the perfect gift packages (very recommended). Who wouldnt love a Shea Butter Moisturing paste, or scents of Verbena extracts from Corsica

I know I would.

Love,

My ★ Friends

I attended the annual Christmas gathering with all the girls yesterday. It was so fun - my head is still buzzing from the chatting of 30 girls (or maybe thats just from all the alcohol consumption...?). Anyways, all the ladies looked Fabulous (as usual). It was a mixture of styles - glitzy party frocks, 80´s style & animal prints - with focus on hair accessories (flower pins), bows, platforms and clutches.

Now Im ready to intake the sofa, catch up on some reading, and finally - relax.

Dressing for Winter

So, I´m back in cold Norway - contemplating whether to look good, or be sensible. Luckily, with my new winter coat, I can be both. After the internship at Stella, I got some goodies from the amazing Stella McCartney for Adidascollection. One of the gifts was a great jacket - which is both warm, and stylish. So, at least, for two more seasons of winter, I am packed up in a shapely - but warm, winter coat!

Now I´m off to a Christmas party with all my girls. I have the perfect dress (will show pictures from the party tomorrow).

Have a great night!

W Magazine + Christy Turlington = ♥

Love, love, LOVE Januarys cover shoot of Christy Turlington in W Magazine. The photography and styling is immaculate; Christy has proven herself worthy of being one of the legendary top models through time. The styling of the shoot is sensational - african queen meets eclectic futurism.

Tomorrow morning I'm leaving Barcelona for my home, Stockholm. I can't wait. For once in my life I'm actually prepared. The bags are packed, outfits planned for Christmas and New Years Eve, and a visit has been made to the hairdresser.

Moving Forward

Today we reached a daily record level of over 2500 visitors. Many thanks to all of you, and especially thanks to my newly found friend, Anna Hibbs (http://www.blogg.stureplan.se/hibbs ) - the Blog Queen (yes, not Princess) of Stockholm, who linked to us yesterday (pictured above). Looking forward to our all-nighter.

Future subjects for the blog are: Male Fashion, Beauty School and direct Fashion Reports from London, Stockholm and Oslo, where we are all spending our Christmas and New Years Eve.
Now I'll have to finish a Marketing Plan and pack my bags for my Stockholm trip on Friday. My bags are mostly filled with silk, sequins and platforms. (I have no plans on dressing according to the climate).

Mari Midstigen

There is no hiding the fact that Camilla and I are inspired by different impulses and styles. But one thing we both have in common (when speaking of role models) - are strong, career minded females. I for one, have always been fascinated by Mari Midstigen; Associate Editor at the Norwegian ELLE, previous model and TV-host.

DAILY DETAILS: During the Week

1. I love Camillas Happy People "Peace" T-shirt. She has combined it with purple H&M tights, Mulberry bag and Filippa K suit jacket.
2. Pia found these gorgeous black lace-up shoes, from one of our favorite vitage haunts, Gallery (here in Barcelona).
3. You can always count on finding W Magazine on our coffee table (this is their November issue, featuring Brad Pitts personal photos Angelina Jolie - amazing.)

Looking Back

I was asked today if I wanted to be interviewed by
Norway's largest student magazineCampus -  for a profile on a student living abroad . One of the subjects the chief-editor told me to prepare for - is the issues and barriers foreign students need to deal with (when met with different cultures, language and attitudes).

This got me thinking on how different I would have evolved, if studying somewhere else (then in Barcelona). This city has given me a lot: patience, language, stamina and creativity. Saying that, I´ve had many doubts weather this was the right city for me. Maybe if I would of studied in London, Copenhagen or Paris (my other options) -  my life would be at a very different stage - both career, and style wise. But, 2 1/2 years have passed - and I cant look back at things I could (or would) have done differently.

In my opinion, Barcelona is no stage for high fashion. It is more of a liberal design city, en captured with striking architecture & strong cultural heritage. But consequently to this, I have been very inspired by the colors, impulses and culture of Barcelona. It has also enabled me to acclimatize to both local and global trends - resulting in my personal adaption and attitude towards fashion (and all that goes with it).

Have a lovely day,
Anneli x

Can you get it more bling? (my first initial thought when seeing Micheal Kors´s Oversized Gold Chronograph Watch). But after spotting it on W Magazines Beauty Director, Jane Larkworthy, I was besotted. Its huge, bulky and fabulous! It will be the perfect accessory to match the somewhat androgyne style I am planning on having this winter.

Camilla Predicts: A Spring Trend

This is the legendary Calvin Klein ad with Kate Moss from the 90's. Loose hair in a centerparting, bare makeup and - cropped, high-waisted bleached jeans.
I predict this is how we will look next year, teamed up with: a white ribbed sleeveless top, oversized blazer-jacket and platforms.

How Dreams Change

With only months left of our education, we talk a lot about our future dreams. I came here with the aim to be a fashion journalist, (which I have wanted to be since I was ten and read my first Elle). Since last year, we have had many business classes explaining how big fashion companies work out strategies for locations, collections and how to enter new markets. I immediately felt interested in these classes, and my great teachers encouraged me. I started to read The Economist and TIME Style&Design, and learned a lot by that. I really recommend it.

One thing I've missed during my time at school, is to write. This is why this blog project came in the exact right moment. Your positive mails and comments regarding our writing really encouraged me.

I decided to study fashion because of my mother. She always say - "To be successful, you have to love what you do". And I do love fashion. But fashion is not my life. Issues like litterature, politics, news, culture, family, love, friends and social life will always be more important. And I hope and think that a wide portfolio and knowledge will make you a better journalist or business person.

When I was ten, I wanted to be one of the girls who "dressed the dolls" in the windows . Then, when I was eighteen, I did a lot of Visual Merchandising at the departmentstore I worked, while dreaming of studying fashion in Barcelona. And now, when Im here, what I dream about is working on a PR-firm specialized in fashion. Or, being a fashion editor at a quality fashion magazine.

How dreams change, don't they?

The picture above is Elin af Klintberg and she is the editor- in- chief of the magazine PLAZA in Sweden. She has had a inspiring career and is nowadays holding lectures worldwide about consumer trends and behaviours. A great rolemodel. Picture from stureplan.se

Soon Home ♡

Ive just come home, after a 10-hour long school day, finishing off the final presentation in Global Markets Management and final exam in Retail Marketing. We have three more assignments and one exam due, then back to Norway on Friday. I really miss home, sitting in front of the fireplace, drinking hot chocolate, lounging in a loose fit jumper and knitted tights.

But who says you can´t lounge in style? I definitely know what Ill be warm in this Christmas.
I found the perfect cashmere jumper from Alexander McQueen (but sadly, I have no intention of such an indulging investment at this stage). But, I did find a cashmere jumper from the male department at H&M. No, its doesnt have the same trims or cut - but it does cost 926€ less (putting it into perspective).

DAILY OUTFIT (Anneli): Monday Morning

DAILY DETAILS: Out-and-About

1. A sailor hat?? Yes. A sailor hat. Love Richies style!
2. After the Stella show, I sighted Twiggy coming of from the front row. Her style is a mix of bohemian and classical. I especially like her use of one strong block color on the scarf, to "lift" the overall outfit.
3. What more do you need, then the ultimate sports car to match your fur and designer handbag? Love Camillas vintage aviators (3 euros from our local shop!).

DAILY OUTFIT: Sitges Day & Night

The first picture is from our walk down to the city
centre, going for some paella lunch. It was wonderful to breathe in some freash air, getting away from the bustle of busy Barcelona.

The second picture is from when Anneli and I went out for dinner with my father and a businessman from Japan. (Then we ended up at a crazy bar, where they were showing porn on widescreens - don't ask me why!). The t-shirt is from Filippa K and the skirt from Acne.

Mini Adventure

After Camilla left for Sitges to stay with her father on thursday (living at a 5-star hotel with a spa and swimming pool) she didnt have to ask me twice before jumping on the first train that saturday. What was originally supposed to be a day trip, extended to staying the night. We ended up exploring the night life of Sitges (and off course watching FC Barcelona beating Real Madrid!).

Today, we have enjoyed the spa facilites and are both re-charged for yet another stressful week of final presentations and exams.

Im wearing a cape from Top Shop, dress from Mango, tights from Wolford, shoes from Minnetonka & Ray Ban Wayfarers.
Camilla is wearing a black fake fur coat from H&M (don´t you just love her hair ??), *Filippa K t-shirt, black high waisted Acne skirt and shoes from Zara (*not pictured).

A Night at The Office

Yesterday I went to another new fashion magazine preview: DEMO at the shop SOLO. It was cozy but I missed the real glamour, so I met up with the girls at Riche for a drink and spent the rest of the night at "Kontoret" (The Office), the hot guy Oscar Durlings new club at Sturecompagniet. It was intimate, good people and really fun, danceable music.

I stayed fashionable in my favourite dress from Luella pictured above. Available at http://www.net-a-porter.com/. Picture from SOLO by stureplan.se.

The ultimate day-to-day outfit; a sexy slip dress, combined with a fitted cropped leather jacket. Create the rock-chic element with the studded bracelet and boots - finishing it off with the ultra feminine, slouch purse from Chloé. Globalization on a fashion-level

Right now I'm drinking wine in the reception with my father and his colleagues at DOOR International. They are staying at this hotel for a conferance, and they are 50 people from 20 countries.

It is amazing to be talking to people from India, Serbia, Italy and other countries about their cultures, values and of course; how they dress and value different dress codes. The Danish people dress in bohemian luxury, Swedish people in strict fashionable black and white, the Indian people in colourful ties, and the Spanish ones in a total suit, but with ugly shoes.

The winner country (when it comes to male fashion) is of course the Italian businessmen. Strong colours, quality fabrics, tailored suits and great watches. They dress as men, but with style.

This is the main mistake men do in fashion -they either choose fashion, or to be men. Trust me; It is possible to combine them. I'm going to show you how, next week.

Picture from the amazing Scott Schuman http://www.thesartorialist.blogspot.com/

Fashion Tale

Yesterday after work, I went to the preview of the Fashion Tale magazine in Stockholm. I was in good company, the Stockholm fashion crew were all there (from photographer Christian Coinbergh to model Nike Felldin), gathering around the drinks and the magazines. Above you can see a picture of Daria Oudalova (who works in the club management of Spy Bar) with the magazine. Picture from http://www.rodeo.net/ (One of the best Swedish Fashion/Art magazines).

Tonight I'm going all in, tell you everything about it tomorrow. And Camilla; I DO hate you! Sweden is freezing!

Love,
Lena

DAILY INSPIRATION: Gossip Girl

For those who know me, there is no secret that I am OBSESSED with the tv-drama, Gossip Girl. Ever since the first airing of the show last year, I was hooked. Literally, there was no where else I would be on a Tuesday evening (my friends would now better than to disturb me).

Not only would I enjoy the ruthless, drama-filled, intense story line, but the clothes...the clothes are beyond AMAZING. As New York Magazine stated so correctly on their front cover "BEST.SHOW.EVER". It has revolutionized the sense of "upper east" dressing; created the trend of preppy head bands, mixing plaid with patent, bright colored tights and the latest designer handbags. The rich kids are dominating the fashion scene, and we both hate them and love them.

Im for one, infatuated with Blair Waldorf, one of the series main characters (pictured above). In my opinion, you need to look far to find such a natural beauty, captured with such grace and unique sense of style (and ever so humbly, everyday, I attempt to seek some inspiration from her wardrobe).

"You know you love me. XOXO Gossip Girl".

To Be in Heaven for a While

This has been my day so far (Please don't hate me now): I woke up by a stroke of light in my face, put a way the silk bedsheets and looked right out over the sea. I went out on the balcony, felt the heat of the sun and decided to slip into my bright red American Apparel bikini and enjoy the sun for a while. Then I cooled down in the hotels spa, swimming in the magnificent pool overlooking the sea. I'm in heaven, and my stressed body loves it.

Vanity Fairs
latest issue joined me at the balcony, where I read an interesting interview with Kate Winslet. She is my favourite actress, talented and with a lot of integrity. There is something sensitive and sensual about her face and her expressions. The picture above is from that isse. She is a stunning woman.

Weekend in Sitges

I'm off to a weekend in Sitges with my father. While he is working during the days I'm going to enjoy the hotel facilities (and of course, post news for you).

How to Heat up a Sthlm Night

Yesterday’s party was awesome, even though I was too tired to keep going all night long. The new regime at The Spy Bar has really done a great job in re-inventing the place. One of the two new bosses, Signe (http://imilk.blogg.se/) is featured in several American Apparel ads throughout Europe right now. One of which is actually published in the French Vogue edition!

So what’s up for today? The weather’s really depressing today, so I guess I’ll have to light up my mood in some way. Maybe with a little help of glögg*–my blogger friends of Stureplan.se is hosting a shopping/drinking evening at the fashionable department store called PUB later today, and most likely I’ll grab my best fake fur and head there in quest of the perfect New Years Eve dress.

Any recommendations?

Lena xoxo

* For our international readers; “glögg” is a type of hot, spicy wine which every Swede consumes throughout December (in large amounts) –whether they like it or not. (Perfect for almost-tipsy flirting.)

DAILY INSPIRATION: Brigitte Bardot

Notice the details; Knee-high boots, Doctors' bag, miniskirt, leather jacket, the white Victorian blouse, round glasses, black hat and the flapper necklace. How many "do's" can you get in one outfit?

And, she is in an airport. I love airports for inspiration. A gathering of people from all over the world, heading towards funerals, weddings, business meetings, weekendtrips.

I wonder where Brigitte is going?

DAILY DETAILS: Classmates

1. Hermés belt & Tissot watch (male)

Fashion Hurts

I just came home from work and my feet are almost bleeding of pain. Working nine hours per day in heels - I don't recommend it. But in this business you have to keep fashionable throughout the day. How do I manage? Good quality shoes (my favourites are my black snakeskin Louboutins, from http://www.natalieschuterman.com/)

Now; the new club TIGHT at Spybar (Vita baren). Camilla told me her favourite DJ Cristian Dinamarca is playing, so I better check that out. See you out there!

Rita Ackermann

I discovered the artist Rita Ackermanns work while doing a project for IED. The idea was to launch the new Chloé perfume by putting Chloé Sevigny as the face for the perfume (which then actually happened), and letting Rita Ackermann paint a nude portrait of her with only the perfume. The idea was to combine fashion and art to add more value to the brands identity.

Ritas work is amazingly rewarding. Everytime you look at them you find something new to discover and love. The way she plays with female and male perspective and the sexual undertone is what fascinates me the most.

To be clear
; I did not mean I was the one coming up with the idea to have Chloé Sevigny as the face for the Chloé perfume, which I hope most of you understood. It was of course an obvious choice.

The Revival of Power Dressing

After numerous trials in making masculine still seise as feminine in fashion history, one designer has managed it. Stella McCartney is famous for her "Savile "Row", immaculate tailoring - but for her upcoming Spring/Summer collection, she took it to another level. With trouser suits, cropped pants and oversized blazers - all in delicious cream pink - Stella has managed to succeed yet once again.

Who says women with shoulder pads arent sexy?

When everybody is stressed, what can be better than sneaking into Riche for some afterwork champagne cocktails? I just love that place, besides from the excellent service there is always som really cute guys there.

Today I got a lot of compliments on my new Chloé Saskia bag. It's by far my best buy this season. You have the picture above.

Books and their importance in fashion

My friend and Swedish well-known blogger/illustrator Hanna Fridén(www.metrobloggen.se/hannafriden) is today discussing the issue that people are talking about that books are "going out of fashion". For me, books and fashion belong together. When you read a good book and get into a beautful scenario, clothes and fashion are always present and you imagine how the characters are dressed.

I remember Hanna asking my outside Spybar who my favourite authors were. When thinking about Hannas question, I have to say Ernest Hemingway and Graham Greene. My two favourite books are "Fiesta:The Sun Also Rises" by Hemingway and "Our Man In Havanna" by Greene. Hemingway were known for socializing with beautiful, intelligent and fashionable women. The picture above is Hemingway with actress Marlene Dietrich, 1936. (Picture from New York Times.)

Now; Retail Marketing class. Later; daily outfits.

Russian Empire

Karl Lagerfeld designed this collection for Chanel called "Paris-Moscow" and it reveals some stunning pieces of art. All models were Russian and Lagerfeld himself called it "a tribute to Russia". How can you not say that fashion and politics influence eachother?

Russia is nowadays getting closer to be a major player in the fashion game; their newly-rich consumers are hungry for haute couture and their history makes them an interesting country to dig deeper into for inspiration.

I'm a real history geek and would love to know how Anastasia Nikolajevna and her older sisters dressed.

Le Swing

A couple of weeks ago, Camilla and I went to our favorite vintage haunt, Le Swing. I had swore to myself not to buy anything (my credit card was just recovering from a shopping spree in London.) But knowing us two (especially together!) we ended up in a bit of a shopping frenzy.

I managed to find a fabulous navy polka dot corset from the French luxury brand, Celine. My first thought was a perfect outfit for Halloween, being Betty Boop (the 50s pin-up cartoon). Camilla found a stunning multicolored sequined jacket, being inspired by one of our favorite designers, Sonia Rykiel (by the way, check out her web page: www.soniarykiel.com - its beyond divine.)

That evening we went on an all-nighter - off course wearing our precious buys. Not surprisingly, our take on fashion, is not always the same as the locals (they just dont know how to bring retro glamour to the dance floor!) Nevertheless, the items are still hanging sacred in our wardrobe. Im thinking a good investment - polka dots and sequins are timeless!

Have a lovely evening,

Back in freezing Stockholm

I'm back in Stockholm (just moved back from Dubai, where I´ve been living since I was twelwe) and I can't belive how cold it is. I'm going to hide in this Acne dress that I bought at http://www.acnejeans.com/. I thought it was time to show my roots and jump out from those Alexander Wang t-shirts!

I'm really excited about the blog coming up today and that so many of you visited. We had 250 visitors the first five hours - thank you!

Now; time to jump into that dress.

Saurabhs Home Party

Last time I visited Stockholm, I went to a home party organized by Saurabh Sinha (and the vodka brand Grey Goose) who was previously in charge of the recognized nightclub 2.35:1 at Berns. He writes a very intelligent blog at http://blogg.stureplan.se/saurabh (In Swedish)

The picture above is me to the right and my best friends Isabel, Nicole and Sofia on our way to his party. It was a really fun night! As typical Swedish girls they are mostly wearing Acne and vintage.

Im wearing:
Shoes, Yves Saint Laurent.
Latex tights: American Apparel.
Clutch:Vintage.
Coat:Zara.

Stella McCartney SS09 (Paris Fashion Week)

This is a video I managed to catch while watching the Stella McCartney show during Paris Fashion Week. The collection was amazing -especially the accessories!

P.S Dont miss the shot of Carine Roitfelt (Vogue France Editor) and Mario Testino sitting in the front row chatting (Anna Wintour was sitting 11 seats apart - tension anyone?)

I thought of buying this for my boyfriend (who is Graydon Carters biggest fan), but now I want it myself! It would look damn good on our livingroom table.

Stella Steel

After having finished 3 months internship at the Stella McCartney headquarters in London - I was deliriously happy over being able to work and attend to Paris Fashion Week in October. I love this pic of Stella and the models after a successful show of her Spring/Summer -09 collection. Pastels, intricate details and lightweight fabrics are upcoming key elements.

Check out the gorgeous pink and gold bag to the left!

Hotel Omm

This saturday Anneli and I (with some handsome male company) went to Hotel Omm after an amazing sushi dinner at Parco. If you ever go to Barcelona and wish to drink Bellinis among beautiful people - this is the place to go. Last time we were here; Monica and Penelope Cruz were sitting next to us (that is how close you get to glamour in this town).

I'm wearing a top from Zara and Anneli is wearing a dress from Bimba & Lola. Both are wearing accessories from Blanco - so nice this season!
